Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible standard (non-custom) products within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

         The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

         You must contact us before shipping any return to obtain written authorization.

         Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

         Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and must be prepaid.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

         Custom or made-to-order products (including items with custom dimensions, printing, or specifications);

         Products that have been used, filled, or deployed;

         Non-stock or special-order items;

         Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or conditions beyond normal use; and

         Items for which the incorrect product was ordered by the buyer.

3. Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee calculated on the original invoice value, plus any costs required to return the goods to their original saleable condition. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within thirty (30) days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible. We will assess your claim and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund, at our discretion.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued using our chosen refund method (typically the original payment method) within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued in Canadian Dollars regardless of the currency of the original transaction.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to our standard return process above. Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
